Colts signed RB Davin Meggett, QB Chandler Harnish, OG Justin Anderson, CB Marshay Green, TE Dominique Jones, LB Shawn Loiseau, and LB Monte Simmons to reserve/future contracts. | ||||||
All seven players ended the season on the Colts practice squad and will be locked into the Indianapolis offseason program. Meggett is the son of former Giants star, Dave. He offers a bit in the kick return game. Harnish will be a camp arm in hopes of landing as the No. 3 quarterback in Indy. | ||||||

Special teams coordinator Joe Marciano nominated undrafted rookie Davin Meggett as a "sleeper" for kick return duties this season. | ||||||
Meggett isn't quite the returner that his Pro Bowl father and former Giants star, Dave, was in the 1980s. Rookie Keshawn Martin appears to be the early favorite to take over for Jacoby Jones, though Trindon Holliday and Juaquin Iglesias are also in the mix. | ||||||
