Tuinei was just signed on Thursday, so hopefully he didn't unpack his bags. Fisher is an undrafted rookie out of Missouri. Both were roster long shots. | ||||||

Patriots signed WR Lavasier Tuinei. | ||||||
Tuinei, the Rose Bowl MVP while with Oregon in 2011, spent time with the Seahawks, Bengals and Cowboys last season. He's now the tallest wideout on the Pats at 6-foot-5. Tuinei will join the battle at "X," possibly trying to earn a spot on the practice squad. | ||||||

Tuinei signed a reserve/future contract with the Bengals after the season ended, but they've already seen enough of him. The 6-foot-5, 206-pound 22-year-old has never appeared in a regular season game. | ||||||
