The favorite is Wright, who has earned most of the first-team reps during spring practices and is a more natural fit for the slot than Simpson. Neither player will be anything more than the No. 4 passing option on a run-first team.

Wright has never even seen 50 targets in a season, but he has shown flashes of talent in his two-year career and has the skill set to be a weapon out of the slot. Wrights upside is capped, though, as at best the number-three passing game option in what should be a run-heavy offense. He is a late-round flier at best in re-draft leagues.

Wright's final receiving stat line was 26-434-3. It's conceivable that Wright could open next year as the No. 3 behind Jennings and Patterson, but his fantasy value is clearly not looking up.

Chalk this one up to the massive holes in the Eagles secondary. Wright saw just five targets, but turned them into a season-high in both catches and yards. In two of previous three games, he didn't even see a target. Leave Wright on waiver wires heading into a Week 16 game at Cincy.
