Pinder was recalled from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre prior to Saturday's game, Newsday's Erik Boland reports.
With Chris Martin (undisclosed) hitting the DL, Pinder will return for his second stint with the big club this season. Pinder did not allow a run in two appearances his first time around and has posted a 15:3 K:BB in 13.2 frames at Triple-A this year, but he figures to work exclusively in the middle innings while up.
