Galloway carried a more significant role in the Knicks' offense Monday with Alexey Shved (ribs) unable to play. He only had 11 points combined in his last two games, but should continue to see an increased offensive role until Shved can return.

Galloway scored 21 points (9-20 FG, 3-8 3Pt) with seven rebounds, three assists and two steals in 41 minutes during Thursday's OT loss to the Timberwolves.

It's his second straight game scoring 20 or more points, as the Knicks continue to give Galloway all the minutes he can handle with both Tim Hardaway Jr (wrist) and Cleanthony Early (ankle) sidelined. Until he has more competition for court time, Galloway should continue to put up solid numbers.

Galloway scored a career-high 22 points (10-18 FG, 2-5 3Pt), nabbed four rebounds, dished four assists, and recorded one steal in a career-high 48 minutes Tuesday.

The Knicks forced the Spurs into an overtime affair, inflating numbers across the board. Galloway was in a funk ever since Jose Calderon (Achilles) has been out of the lineup, forced to play alongside Alexey Shved. Galloway is a 6'2" guard who's not afraid to crash the boards, but too often he settles for jumpers. Tonight, the shot was falling. That won't always be the case. The Knicks are one of four teams playing three games over the final four days of Week 21, making Galloway an enticing streamer in daily head-to-head leagues.

Galloway scored 14 points (7-9 FG, 0-1 FT) with four assists, three rebounds and a block in 31 minutes during Monday's loss to the Nuggets.

He continues to put up respectable numbers when he gets starter's minutes, and with Jose Calderon (Achilles) potentially out of action for the rest of March or longer, Galloway has a fairly clear path to a regular spot as the Knicks' starting point guard.

Galloway scored 11 points (5-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt) with six rebounds in 31 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Pacers.

He's not exactly putting up the kinds of numbers you want from a point guard, but Galloway is still managing to put up useful fantasy numbers on most nights. Over his last seven games, he's averaging 11.6 points, 4.9 boards, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals.

Galloway started at point guard against the Pistons on Friday and tied his career high in assists with five during 34 minutes on the court. He also contributed 12 points, six rebounds, two steals, and one block.

Jose Calderon was out with an Achilles injury Friday which allowed Galloway to take over the Knicks offense, thus resulting in an increased amount of assists. The exact severity of Calderon's injury is still unknown as he undergoes further testing Saturday, but Galloway should stay in the starting lineup even when Calderon returns to the court, although Galloway will have to play off the ball at shooting guard.

Galloway will start at point guard against Detroit on Friday.

Galloway has been in the starting lineup at shooting guard for some time now, but his point guard looks were capped so long as Jose Calderon (Achilles) was available. Calderon is out Friday, though, which should lead to more usage and more assist opportunities for Galloway while Tim Hardaway starts at shooting guard. Detroit has been tough against opposing point guards lately, but the minutes and usage should both be there for Galloway.

Galloway scored 14 points (6-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT) with three rebounds, one block and one steal in 39 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Celtics.

Galloway is averaging nearly 32 minutes through February. His back court team mate, Jose Calderon, was in a walking boot with an Achilles injury after the game. While Galloway may not see increased playing time, he could take on extra ball handling responsibilities if Calderon's injury is serious. He should not be floating around of the waiver wire, but check just in case.

Galloway had 13 points (5-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, and five assists in the loss to Cleveland on Sunday. He played 38 minutes.

Galloway is getting major minutes in the Knicks backcourt and has produced decently. He has hit 44.4 percent from 3-point land in his last five games. Galloway has scored in double digits in four of his last five games.

Galloway scored eight points (1-6 FG, 6-6 FT) with two rebounds and three assists in 24 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Magic.

Galloway committed five fouls in this game, limiting his playing time. Galloway has averaged 30 minutes per game since joining the Knicks and is a solid source of points, rebounds and threes. He is worth holding, as he will see similar court time post All-star break.

Galloway scored nine points (4-11 FG, 1-7 3Pt) and added 11 rebounds, four assists, and one steal in 36 minutes against the Nets Friday.

Galloway's not going to grab 11 rebounds every night, but he is an excellent rebound from the guard position. He has earned a major role in the Knicks rotation, and can be counted on as a stable source of rebounds and assists. His production is nothing major, but he is good enough to be rostered in most deep leagues.

Galloway has really found a home in New York, but despite his larger role he's not putting up eye-popping numbers. Since joining the team, Galloway is averaging 11.9 points, 3.0 assists, 3.9 rebounds, 1.2 steals, and 1.5 three-pointers in 29.6 minutes. For teams that got hit by injuries Galloway can provide some value, but he's still just outside top-30 value on the Player Rater over the last 15 days.

Galloway signed with the Knicks for the rest of the season, Steve Popper of The Record reports.

With his second 10-day deal set to expire, the Knicks either had to annex Galloway or sign him for the remainder of the season. They opted for the latter, as Galloway has been surprisingly productive since joining the team earlier this month. He's averaging 12.1 points and 4.1 rebounds in eight games and has played more than 30 minutes in each of the last four contests.

Head coach Derek Fisher shook up the starting lineup yet again with Carmelo Anthony (knee) and Jose Calderon (knee) both out of the lineup. Galloway started at point guard and held his own, scoring in double digits for the fourth straight game. If he can hold onto 30-plus minutes for New York, he'll continue to be a deep league fantasy option.

There were fewer shots available for Galloway with Carmelo Anthony firing up his usual volume, but the rookie still managed to provide some solid production. He seems to be settling in nicely as the Knicks' starting shooting guard, and Galloway should have some value for the rest of the season.

Galloway made the most of his opportunity to start Monday and the Knicks even came away with a win. Considering how terrible they have been this season, the Knicks may continue to give Galloway more playing time if he can continue to produce.

Galloway is expected to start at shooting guard Monday against the Pelicans, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.

Galloway signed a second 10-day deal over the weekend and will likely make his first career NBA start. The St. Joseph's product is averaging 9.8 points and 3.0 assists in 24.3 minutes through four games. He's already proven capable of putting up solid numbers - 19 points, four rebounds, three assists vs. Houston on Jan. 8 - but his minutes could be sporadic with Tim Hardaway, Jr. coming off the bench behind him.

Galloway has played in four games for the Knicks this season and seems to be in store for a few more before the Knicks decide if they want to retain his efforts for the rest of the season. He is currently spending 24.0 minutes on the court per game while compiling 9.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.3 steals.

The Knicks are currently without scorers since they parted ways with J.R. Smith and face the continued absence of Carmelo Anthony (knee). Galloway tied for the second-highest shots attempted Thursday, which means that he may be a viable option moving forward given that the Knicks have shifted their focus to giving younger players significant minutes.

Galloway scored seven points (2-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) with three assists, two rebounds and a steal in 17 minutes off the bench in his NBA debut Wednesday.

The young guard struggled with his shot, but the Knicks are in tank mode and are rumored to be peddling Jose Calderon, which means Galloway could find himself with a big role in the Knicks' backcourt rotation in the second half of the season.
