Tue Feb 607:57Tyrese Haliburton Listed As Questionable Tuesday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is considered questionable for Tuesday's clash with Houston. Despite returning to the court, Haliburton has remained on the injury report, but he's featured in four straight games and will likely play on Tuesday as well. However, it looks like it may take a while until Haliburton starts playing his usual minutes. He hasn't surpassed the 22-minute mark in any of his outings since returning from injury. Luckily for fantasy managers, Haliburton can still put up quality numbers in limited playing time, but it's a shame we can't see him out at full force.

Sun Feb 413:11Tyrese Haliburton Present At Shootaround Sunday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring, back) was present at Sunday's shootaround. But he remains questionable ahead of Sunday's meeting with the Hornets in Charlotte. Haliburton, who's had a breakout year, is averaging a career-high 22.8 points and 12.0 assists with 1.1 steals. However, the 23-year-old has been on and on and off the injury report during the season, most recently missing 10 of his 11 games heading into the January 30 matchup with the Boston Celtics. Since then, Haliburton has logged just over 20 minutes in each of his previous three games. At any rate, the 2020 No. 12 overall pick will probably be out there against the Hornets. He's still a must-start in all fantasy setups despite his anticipated minutes cap. On the other hand, Haliburton is a risky option for DFS participants.

Thu Feb 118:44Tyrese Haliburton Available Thursday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is available for Thursday's matchup against the New York Knicks. Haliburton said on Wednesday that he expected to play against the Knicks, and the Pacers have officially cleared him to play. After Haliburton was restricted to 22 minutes in Tuesday's narrow loss to the Boston Celtics, the 23-year-old's minutes will reportedly be similarly monitored on Thursday in his second game back from a strained left hamstring. Haliburton is collecting a stellar 23.3 points on 49.1% shooting from the field, 4.1 rebounds, 3.3 triples, and 1.1 steals and leads the NBA with 12.5 assists per game this season. The All-Star point guard should be started in all season-long fantasy formats, but his playing-time cap makes him a risky DFS investment in a difficult matchup against New York.

Thu Feb 107:17Tyrese Haliburton Listed As Questionable Thursday
Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) has been listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Knicks. Haliburton has said he expects to play on Thursday, but the team has kept him on the injury report. The NBA's assists leader returned from injury on Tuesday versus Boston but was limited to 22 minutes as Indiana tries to manage his left hamstring problem. It might be a while until he's free of restrictions, but Haliburton can still ball out with a minutes limit. He had 13 points and 10 assists against the Celtics.

Tue Jan 3021:41Tyrese Haliburton Removed From Tuesday's Game
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) won't return to Tuesday's game against the Boston Celtics. Fantasy managers don't need to panic here as Haliburton's exit wasn't because he suffered an injury. Haliburton was on a minutes limit and taken out of the contest after 22 minutes of action. This was his first game since January 19, Haliburton could be restricted for a few games. Andrew Nembhard is worth holding in deep leagues until Haliburton is back to full strength.

Tue Jan 3018:23Tyrese Haliburton, Myles Turner Will Play Tuesday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) and center Myles Turner (back) will play in Tuesday's meeting with the Boston Celtics. Haliburton is back after missing 10 of Indy's past 11 games as management for his strained left hamstring, and he could be eased back into action. That shouldn't stop season-long managers from starting the All-Star floor general, though. Turner missed Sunday's win over the Memphis Grizzlies due to mid back spasms and also belongs in all fantasy lineups.

Mon Jan 2916:04Pacers Optimistic Tyrese Haliburton Will Return Tuesday
There's optimism that Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) will return to the lineup versus the Boston Celtics on Tuesday. Haliburton, who was selected as a starter in the upcoming All-Star Game, has missed 10 of Indy's past 11 games with a strained left hamstring. Head coach Rick Carlisle said on Sunday that Haliburton is day-to-day and expected to practice on Monday, so the hyper-efficient 23-year-old's return to the floor is drawing near. Andrew Nembhard has averaged 12.5 points, 6.5 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.8 three-pointers across 11 games for the Pacers without Haliburton this season and remains worth holding in fantasy leagues until Haliburton officially gets the green light.

Sun Jan 2814:35Tyrese Haliburton To Practice On Monday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) remains out on Sunday against Memphis. He's been battling a hamstring issue, keeping him off the floor for nine of the Pacers' last 10 games. Fortunately, the 23-year-old will practice on Monday, so he's moving in the right direction. But there's a good chance he'll miss Indiana's upcoming games in Boston and New York, at the very least. Nonetheless, T.J. McConnell (personal) could continue to see more work until Haliburton returns. However, McConnell may not suit up versus the Grizzlies, meaning Andrew Nembhard may handle most of the duties at the one spot.

Tue Jan 2310:15Tyrese Haliburton Ruled Out For Three Games
Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) will miss the next three games before being re-evaluated on Saturday, head coach Rick Carlisle announced on Tuesday. The Pacers star has played in only one of the last seven games. T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard (back) will be Carlisle's remaining point guard options. The former could be set for a big performance on Tuesday against Denver, as Nembhard is considered questionable for the game. With both Haliburton and Nembhard on the shelf, McConnell turned in a nice 20-point, 10-assist performance against Sacramento last week.

Mon Jan 2222:47Tyrese Haliburton Questionable Against Denver
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is questionable ahead of Tuesday's matchup with the Denver Nuggets. The 23-year-old was sidelined for five games before returning for Friday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. He played well in that one, ending the night with 21 points and 17 assists. But he wasn't available for Sunday's meeting with the Phoenix Suns. However, head coach Rick Carlisle indicated Haliburton was out for injury management, easing concerns throughout the fantasy basketball community. That said, barring a setback, Haliburton will suit up versus the defending champs. But if he can't, Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner would presumably remain the primary offensive options. At the same time, players like Buddy Hield, T.J. McConnell, Obi Toppin, and Andrew Nembhard, among others, could see more scoring opportunities.

Sun Jan 2118:45Tyrese Haliburton Won't Play On Sunday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (rest) won't play on Sunday versus the Phoenix Suns. He returned from a five-game absence caused by a hamstring issue for Friday's loss to Portland, finishing with 21 points and 17 assists in 35 minutes. But Indiana will be cautious with the 23-year-old, so he'll get the night off to rest before presumably suiting up on Tuesday versus the Nuggets. In the meantime, Myles Turner, Pascal Siakam, and Bennedict Mathurin will likely handle most of the scoring duties. On the other hand, T.J. McConnell and Buddy Hield could be worth streaming in all fantasy leagues.

Sat Jan 2020:38Tyrese Haliburton Uncertain For Sunday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is listed as questionable heading into Sunday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Haliburton made his return to court on Friday after missing nearly two weeks of action. He played 35 minutes in that contest, so possibly the Pacers are just being cautious with their star guard. Andrew Nembhard (spine) is also questionable for Sunday's game. T.J. McConnell could be asked to move into the starting five and play big minutes. He'd be worth streaming if Haliburton is unable to play.

Fri Jan 1921:29Tyrese Haliburton Officially Active On Friday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is officially active for Friday's meeting with the Portland Trail Blazers. The 23-year-old tweaked his hamstring during the January 8 matchup against the Boston Celtics, keeping him out of the lineup for Indiana's last five contests. Haliburton had indicated on Friday that he'd be good to go. However, things are now official. Of course, there's a chance he could see fewer minutes than usual, especially if the Pacers go up big. Haliburton will also be playing his first game with new teammate Pascal Siakam, so his production could suffer to a degree, although not enough to keep him out of any fantasy lineup.

Thu Jan 1818:09Pacers Say Tyrese Haliburton Won’t Return Thursday
Indiana Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle says Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) won't return to action against the Sacramento Kings on Thursday. Though Haliburton will miss a revenge-game shot versus his former team, a return on Thursday may have been wishful thinking. As of Jan. 9, the Pacers anticipated that Haliburton's Grade 1 hamstring strain would sideline him for at least two weeks. Indiana is back in action on a short turnaround against the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday, so the All-Star floor general's status doesn't have much time to improve. T.J. McConnell's minutes haven't grown in Haliburton's absence as some fantasy managers may have hoped for, but Bruce Brown is now out of the mix after Wednesday's trade. Andrew Nembhard (spine), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle), and Aaron Nesmith (shin) are all questionable, so McConnell and ... [More]

Wed Jan 1721:03Tyrese Haliburton Holds Questionable Tag
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday's game against the Sacramento Kings. This is surprising news given that Haliburton had a timetable of at least two weeks and that was 10 days ago. It sounds like Haliburton is making great progress and is on the verge of being cleared to play. It's worth noting that Thursday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set, which means Haliburton will probably at least miss one game. He'll likely be under a minutes limit, assuming he's cleared to play, but fantasy managers will have to check back for another update on Thursday.

Tue Jan 915:27Tyrese Haliburton To Be Re-Evaluated In Two Weeks
An MRI on Tuesday on Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) revealed a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, and he is expected to be re-evaluated in approximately two weeks. There is relief that Haliburton avoided a serious injury, however, after he slipped on the floor during Monday's game versus the Boston Celtics and had to be carried off the court by his teammates. The 23-year-old rising superstar goes down with an NBA-high 12.5 assists per game to go with averages of 23.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.4 three-pointers and 1.1 steals in 33.4 minutes across 34 games. T.J. McConnell is rightfully Tuesday's highest-added fantasy player in Yahoo leagues, having averaged 14.3 points, 8.2 assists, 4.5 boards, and 1.6 swipes in 20 games without Haliburton in 2022-23. Bruce Brown and Andrew Nembhard should also spend more time with the ball in their hands while Haliburton is sidelined.

Mon Jan 821:16Tyrese Haliburton Won't Return On Monday
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) won't return to Monday's game against the Boston Celtics. The star guard played only 13 minutes before exiting the contest. Haliburton slipped while driving to the basket and suffered a left hamstring strain. This is a massive blow to the Pacers roster as Haliburton has been one of the best players in the league. T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard figure to see more playing time, assuming Haliburton misses time. Nembhard started during the second half of Monday's game, so he figures to be the favorite to replace Haliburton in the starting five.

Mon Jan 820:14Tyrese Haliburton Carried To Locker Room
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (groin, hamstring) was carried to the locker room during the second quarter of Monday's game against the Boston Celtics. Haliburton slipped while driving to the basket and appeared to injure his groin or hamstring. The star guard was unable to walk under his own power. The team had to carry Haliburton to the locker room where he can be further evaluated. If he misses time, T.J. McConnell and Andrew Nembhard would see bigger roles in the rotation.

Sat Dec 23 202310:00Tyrese Haliburton Questionable For Saturday's Game
Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton (ankle) could miss his fourth game of the season on Saturday against Orlando, with the team listing him as questionable. The emerging superstar is dealing with a left ankle sprain, and the team definitely won't want to take too many risks with him. T.J. McConnell should jump into the starting lineup if Haliburton can't play and would offer good short-term value for fantasy managers. Andrew Nembhard, who's just returned from a seven-game absence, should also get extra opportunities.

Sun Dec 17 202319:02Tyrese Haliburton Considered Questionable Against Clippers
Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (knee) has been listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The up-and-coming star was unable to play in their last matchup on Saturday due to the same knee contusion, so his status is truly up in the air right now. Fantasy managers will want to stay tuned for updates after shootaround and warmups. If he's unable to suit up again, T.J. McConnell would gain a lot of streaming value after he started in the last game and posted a well-rounded stat line. With Andrew Nembhard (knee) also out, Bennedict Mathurin should see some extra minutes off of the bench as well.
