Rockies signed OF Brandon Roberts to a minor league contract.

Roberts, 27, batted .267/.319/.341 with two homers, 17 RBI, 14 stolen bases and a .660 OPS over 277 plate appearances with Triple-A Rochester in the Twins' organization last season. He's purely organizational depth at this point.
