Rays re-signed RHP Richard De Los Santos to a minor league contract.

He'll be invited to major league spring training. De Los Santos, 26, led the International League with 14 wins this past season, while posting a 3.52 ERA over 28 games (23 starts) with Triple-A Durham. Barring injury, he's unlikely to crack the Rays' 25-man roster.
