Adam Bostick was levied a 50-game suspension after a second positive test in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment program. | ||||||
Bostick, 27, was signed to a minor league contract over the winter and was on the roster with Triple-A Omaha. The suspension will begin immediately. He spent last season in the Mets' organization, posting a 3.05 ERA and 1.27 WHIP in 39 appearances (one start) between Double-A Binghamton and Triple-A Buffalo. | ||||||
