Rockies signed RHP Eric Junge to a minor league contract.

Back in the day, the Phillies thought Junge could have a nice career in middle relief, but he hurt his shoulder in 2003 and hasn't returned to the big leagues since. He has bounced around between organizations as much as anyone over the years -- and even spent a year in Japan -- but hasn't finished a year on the farm with an ERA below 4.00 since 2005. His interesting and (for the player) frustrating career is winding down.
