Westbrook, who is a native of Milwaukee, will head home and attempt to make the Bucks final roster during training camp. Westbrook hasn't seen NBA action since 2013, when he signed a training camp deal with the Heat. He didn't make the Heat's final roster, but went on to play in the D-League, averaging 9.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists over 37 games during the 2013-14 season. Westbrook remains a long shot to make the Bucks' final roster, as he'll enter training camp behind the likes of Khris Middleton, O.J. Mayo, and Rashad Vaughn at shooting guard. |
