Boston Celtics big men Al Horford (knee) and Robert Williams III (ankle) are the latest starters on the team to join the injury report while they're both questionable for right knee swelling and left ankle soreness, respectively. At this rate, the Celtics may just use this current back-to-back as a rest period, since these will be their last two games before the All-Star break. If just one or both are sidelined on Tuesday, then Grant Williams, Blake Griffin, Luke Kornetand maybe even Mike Muscala should see added minutes. Williams would be the most surefire streaming option.

The NBA trade deadline has officially come and gone and we had one of the most active deadlines in recent memory with some big stars being dealt. Kyrie, KD, and Westbrook are all heading to new teams and we have been covering those trades and their fantasy impacts here at RotoBaller.But there were plenty of other lesser-known players who were dealt in the last few days and I wanted to go through and make sure we don't overlook some of these trades as some of those deals may even have more fantasy impact than the big moves.So here are some other trades that went down and my two cents on the increase or decrease in value that we should expect from the players involved for the remainder of the 2022-2023 fantasy basketball season.

These are very much in order of how much they matter. As hectic as this year's NBA trade deadline has been, with 28 out of the 30 teams making at least one trade, early Thursday morning at 1:00 am, a blockbuster trade went down that not many expected. However, if you had read my previous article, you could have gotten a glimpse of the future thanks to my magic ball, as the first "potential trade" I wrote about was sending Kevin Durant to none other than the Pheonix Suns.Kevin Durant is undeniably a top-three player and arguably even the best in the NBA right now. It's not surprising to hear how stunned the NBA world was after seeing this trade, as the Suns sold a huge chunk of their future for the Nets superstar but were somehow saved from involving Deandre Ayton in the trade!Any average NBA fan knows how much of an impact future Hall of Famer Kevin Durant has on any team, but to emphasize just how much, check this out: The Suns went from odds of +1800 of winning the finals to +450 on Thursday morning after the huge trade, now only behind the Boston Celtics, who lead the race with their odds being +350.

Durant (knee) has been sidelined for over a month after getting hurt on January 8 against the Miami Heat and remains without a timetable to return to make his debut with the Suns. Before getting hurt, the 13-time All-Star was averaging 29.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 0.8 steals, 1.8 blocks, and 36 minutes in 39 appearances this season.

The Boston Celtics have ruled out centers Al Horford (knee) and Robert Williams III (ankle) for Wednesday's contest against the Philadelphia 76ers. Horford and Williams were both listed as questionable, but were unable to push through to play against the Sixers. Grant Williams, Blake Griffin and Luke Kornet should all see increased roles while opposing center Joel Embiid (foot) should have a field day if he is able to play through his own ailment.

The veteran has missed only two games since Dec. 16 and played 33 minutes last time out against the Pistons, but he is a late addition to the injury report with right knee swelling, which isn't a great sign regarding his availability for the contest. With Robert Williams III (ankle) also questionable for the contest, Luke Kornet could be set for a very large role, although this is an extremely difficult matchup against Joel Embiid. Blake Griffin figured to be involved quite a bit as well if neither Horford nor Williams III is available.

The C's are completing a back-to-back, so the team's decision to keep the veteran out of the contest doesn't come as a surprise. The 36-year-old hasn't played both games of a back-to-back situation all season. Robert Williams III and Grant Williams should handle most of the available minutes, with a little bit of Luke Kornet sprinkled in there as well. Williams III has just logged his first start of the campaign and is averaging 9.5 points and 9.3 rebounds as a starter for his career. He will be nicely fresh as well for the game after resting Wednesday versus OKC.

Boston Celtics forward/center Al Horford has been listed as available ahead of Friday's contest against the Orlando Magic. He's missed the team's last five games for both personal reasons and being in the health and safety protocols. As the 36-year-old veteran makes his return, Robert Williams III could also be returning to the floor at the same time. This means we could see more of Horford at the power forward position rather than anchoring the defense. He'll likely see a slight decrease in minutes with Williams back in the fold as well.

Horford has now missed five straight games, but there are reports of Horford rejoining the team on Friday. Blake Griffin has been starting in Horford's absence with Grant Williams picking up extra minutes off the bench. Williams is the preferred streaming option due to his high percentages.

Boston Celtics forward/center Al Horford remains out on Saturday against Golden State. The veteran has missed the previous two games while adhering to health and safety protocols, so his next chance to suit up will come on Monday versus the Clippers in L.A. In the meantime, Blake Griffin, who nearly had a double-double in Wednesday's win over the Suns, could provide some value for needy fantasy managers. Luke Kornet had 12 points, four boards, two steals, and a block in that one, making him another player to consider in deeper formats.

Boston Celtics center Al Horford was placed in the league's health and safety protocols Wednesday, ruling him out for at least the team's contest vs. Phoenix. Horford had previously been held out of action due to a back ailment, which allowed Blake Griffin to step into the starting five and see a sizable workload. As Boston awaits Robert Williams III (knee) to make his season debut, Griffin and Luke Kornet seem likely to hold down center duties in Horford's absence. Through 20 games, Horford has excelled, knocking down a career-best 2.1 triples per game, while shooting 46.6 percent from behind the arc.

This doesn't seem to be a significant injury, but the Celtics want to be cautious with their 36-year-old big man. In his absence Luke Kornet and Blake Griffin will see extra playing time. Neither are great streaming options, but Griffin might be the better choice between the two.

The 36-year-old played on Friday night against Denver, logging 34 minutes and finishing with 21 points and seven rebounds. However, he's out with low back stiffness, something he's been working through for nearly the entire season. There's a good chance Horford will be back for Monday's meeting with OKC. In the meantime, Jayson Tatum will gain a substantial boost in usage and fantasy points per minute. Those numbers will improve even more if Jaylen Brown (knee) can't suit up, either. Managers should also look in Luke Kornet's direction as a potential DFS value option with an upside.

As a result, Noah Vonleh could move into the starting lineup. However, he's averaged only 3.2 rebounds and 2.3 points this season, so he probably won't offer much to fantasy managers. At the same time, Luke Kornet has a brighter outlook on Saturday, even from off the bench.

It would be fun to see Blake Griffin pick up Horford's minutes on Saturday, but it's unlikely to happen and it's to be Grant Williams and Noah Vonleh who get to play more active roles.

Although, Horford isn't getting any younger and it sounds like the team plans to limit the veteran big man. The 34-year-old is expected to be held out of one game during back-to-back sets. It is also rumored that the organization wants to limit Horford's playing time as a whole. That means, Robert Williams III could be asked to play more minutes next season, assuming he can stay healthy. Also, the Celtics have been in the market for another big man to add into the mix. Fantasy managers should expect Horford to continue being a factor, but his value could decline.

Horford was making key buckets down the stretch, which was a significant factor in the Celtics victory. This is a tough matchup for Horford, but he was able to make the most of his chances during Game 1.

After a stellar Game 4 performance, Horford combined for just 16 points throughout the following three postseason games. Still, considering Robert Williams III (knee) was available and didn't play, he may be more injured than Ime Udoka has reported. As a result, Horford has a chance to get plenty of minutes during the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat. Still, as evident by his showing throughout the playoffs, he isn't consistent on the scoring end.
