Miami Heat forward/center Kevin Love has decided to stick with the team, agreeing to a two-year contract. He comes with a $3.7 million cap hit for next season and the second year is a player option. Following a long run with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Love signed with Miami in February after agreeing to a buyout with the Cavs. He averaged 7.7 points and 5.7 rebounds in 20.0 minutes with the Heat. Both parties clearly liked how things worked out and this has led to a new contract. With that said, Love will be 35 in September and his fantasy stock will likely continue to drop in 2023-24.

Milwaukee suffered an embarrassing first-round exit in the 2023 playoffs against Love and the Miami Heat, and the team could look quite different in 2023-24 as Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez test free agency. Love had a couple of big games against the Bucks in the playoffs and proved that he can still do a job at 34 years old. He will definitely look to join a contender at this stage of his career and the Bucks seem like a good fit.
