Wed Jul 1 201518:10Holiday did not receive qualifying offer from Warriors
Holiday did not receive a qualifying offer from the Warriors, making him an unrestricted free agent, NBA.com reports.
Holiday averaged 4.3 points (39% FG, 32% 3Pt, 82% FT), 0.6 three-pointers, 0.8 assists, 1.2 rebounds, and 0.7 steals in 11 minutes per game for 59 regular season games in 2014-15. He'll likely latch on with a new team and fill a bench role or return to the D-League next season.

Holiday averaged 4.3 points (39% FG, 32% 3Pt, 82% FT), 0.6 three-pointers, 0.8 assists, 1.2 rebounds, and 0.7 steals in 11 minutes per game for 59 regular season games in 2014-15. He is now an unrestricted free agent for 2015-16.
Holiday was buried on the bench for a Warriors team with deep backcourt depth. He essentially didn't play during the Warriors' playoff run, with more experienced players taking the reigns instead. As a free agent, the 26-year-old guard has a chance to join a team with more available minutes, but owners should keep an eye on what happens. As of now, Holiday doesn't receive enough playing time to warrant use in standard leagues for 2015-16.
Mon Jun 29 201521:22Holiday did not receive qualifying offer from Warriors
Holiday did not receive a qualifying offer from the Warriors, Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Holiday played sparingly as one of the last players off the bench for the NBA Champions, so the decision not to extend a qualifying offer isn't exactly surprising. Holiday could still return to the Warriors next season, but the team will not have the option to match any offer he might receive from another team.

Holiday hasn't made a playoff appearance after the first three games against New Orleans.
Holiday actually had a decent role in coach Steve Kerr's lineup during the regular season but the skipper has tightened up his rotation for the playoffs. This obviously hasn't gone well for the pride of Washington as he'll have to support his team from the bench unless Kerr has an unlikely change of heart.

Holiday came off the bench for 10 minutes in Thursday's game against Portland. He finished with two points, one rebound, and one block.
Holiday has seen sporadic minutes over the last two months and the final three games of the season will be no different. The Warriors have locked up the number one seed in the Western Conference so there's a good possibility that coach Steve Kerr will rest his normal crew down the stretch, thus resulting in more playing time for bench guys like Holiday.

Holiday will head back to the bench for Monday's game against the Wizards.
Holiday enjoyed a stint in the starting lineup but Klay Thompson (ankle) is on tap to return Monday. This means that Holiday's opportunities should decrease as Thompson soaks up most the minutes at shooting guard moving forward.

Holiday had five points, five assists, three rebounds, one block, and one steal over 25 minutes as the starting shooting guard Wednesday.
Holiday didn't come anywhere near matching the 23 points he put up in his last start, but did manage to fill the stat sheet with five assists and three rebounds. He went 1-for-6 from the floor and 0-for-3 from beyond the arc. Sean Livingston, Leandro Barbosa, and Andre Iguodala all played similar minutes to Holiday but outproduced him.

Holiday will start Wednesday's game against the Hawks, the San Jose Mercury News reports.
The nods marks Holiday's second in the last four games, but with Klay Thompson out 7-to-10 days due to a sprained ankle, Holiday could become the regular starting two-guard in order to keep the backcourt rotation intact. In his sole career start Friday versus the Nuggets, Holiday put up 23 points (9-16 FG, 5-7 3Pt), three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in 36 minutes.

Coach Steve Kerr said he's leaning toward using Holiday as the interim starting shooting guard with Klay Thompson (ankle) out, Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
While Andre Iguodala would look to be the more obvious option, Kerr is likely trying to avoid throwing off the bench unit's continuity. Holiday would almost certainly see a significant jump in minutes, but Iguodala and Leandro Barbosa figure to absorb a decent chunk of Thompson's minutes as well.

Holiday posted 23 points, three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in 36 minutes of action Friday against the Nuggets.
Holiday had an impressive performance as a starter Friday, and those who deployed him in daily contests can give themselves a pat on their back. That being said, he doesn't hold much value in season-long leagues, as Stephen Curry (rest), Klay Thompson (rest), and Andre Iguodala (rest) will probably soak up his minutes when they return.
Fri Mar 13 201514:22Holiday will get start at shooting guard Friday
Holiday will get the start at shooting guard Friday, the San Francisco Chronicle's Rusty Simmons reports.
Klay Thompson will be given the night off to rest, along with several other key players on the Warriors. Holiday will be considered by many in daily leagues, but Shaun Livingston is probably the better play, as Stephen Curry is also getting the night off.

Holiday has averaged just six minutes per game in the previous four games. He finished with zero points in two minutes in Tuesday night's win over Sacramento.
Holiday had moved ahead of Leandro Barbosa in the rotaiton for about five weeks from the end of December through January, but those roles have reversed in the past week.

Holiday scored 14 points (6-of-8 FG, 1-of-2 3Pt) in 18 minutes in Friday night's win over Cleveland.
In the nine games since Holiday emerged in the Warriors' rotation, he's averaging 9.6 points on 52.5 percent shooting from the field (44.8 3Pt percentage) in 17 minutes per game. The young shooting guard is gaining confidence, which is translating into consistent minutes and shooting opportunities. David Lee is averaging more attempts (8.6 FGA/game) off the bench, but Holiday (6.6 FGA/game) is not far off.

Holiday scored 12 points (4-of-6 FG, 2-of-3 3Pt, 2-of-4 FT) with two rebounds, three assists and two steals in a season-high 28 minutes in Monday's win over Oklahoma City. This was his fourth double-digit scoring effort off the bench in the past seven games.
Holiday has emerged as the top reserve shooter in the backcourt, ahead of Brandon Rush and Leandro Barbosa. In the past seven games, he's averaging 9.9 points while making 11-of-26 from three-point distance. As Golden State often finds themselves in blowout games, Holiday takes advantage of extra playing time.

Holiday had double-digit minutes for the third straight game Thursday night in a loss to the Clippers. He had six points, one assist and one block in 11 minutes.
Holiday is averaging 17 minutes in the last three games, though two of them were Golden State blowout wins. It wasn't until Thursday's tussle with the Clippers, which was in the balance until the very end, that we can confirm that Holiday has moved ahead of both Leandro Barbosa (three minutes) and Brandon Rush (DNP) at the end of the Warriors' bench.

Holiday scored 11 points (3-of-6 FG, 2-of-4 3Pt, 3-of-3 FT) with four rebounds and one steal in 19 minutes in Tuesday night's loss to the Lakers.
Holiday has hit for double-digit scoring in two straight games, though we need to note that both games were blowouts early, so his two-game run should not cause a run to claim him off the waiver wire.

Holiday scored 18 points (7-12 FG, 3-7 3P, 1-1 FT) with three rebounds and three assists in 20 minutes off the bench Monday.
The little-used guard got some early minutes and looked good, so with the Warriors cruising to an easy win coach Steve Kerr let the kid show what he could do. Don't expect him to repeat this performance any time soon, however.

Holiday returned from a one-game D-League assignment and got 10 minutes of mop-up action in Saturday night's win over Charlotte.
Holiday was sent down to Santa Cruz for the D-League Warriors' season opener Friday. He started and scored 26 points (9-of-20 FG, 5-of-11 3Pt) for Santa Cruz.
Fri Nov 14 201415:39Holiday assigned to Santa Cruz Warriors of NBA D-League Friday
Holiday was assigned to the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA D-League Friday, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Holiday has only played in two games this season, tallying a total of six minutes between the two. Considering the limited amount of minutes available, Santa Cruz will offer Holiday valuable playing time and experience.

Holiday has only played in two games this season and averaged just three minutes on the court during those contests.
Holiday made the final roster by the skin of his teeth but will likely spend a majority of his time on the bench. The Warriors are currently stacked at shooting guard with Klay Thompson, Brandon Rush, Shaun Livingston, Leandro Barbosa, and Nemanja Nedovic and the 25-year-old lands at the bottom of this list.
