Vaughn agreed to terms with the Ravens on Thursday, BaltimoreRavens.com reports.

The 27-year-old appeared in 13 games for the Lions last season, making five starts and finishing with 18 tackles five passes defended and two picks. The unrestricted free agent has also spent time with the Broncos and Colts since entering the league out of Ole Miss in 2010. He'll primarily provide depth in the secondary, competing for backup snaps with the likes of Rashaan Melvin, Tray Walker, Asa Jackson and Kyle Arrington, among others.

We're not surprised Vaughn looked good in shorts -- he has 4.42 speed -- but he has struggled mightily whenever asked to cover receivers in the NFL. Vaughn is a better special teamer and returner.
