Cowboys non-tendered exclusive rights free agent WR Jesse Holley.
The winner of Michael Irvin's 4th and Long reality show, Holley provided one of Dallas' big highlights last season with a 77-yard catch to beat the 49ers. He simply doesn't have the speed to be any more than a special teamer in the NFL.

Sun Sep 18 201120:23Jesse Holley hauls in huge 77-yard catch
Jesse Holley hauled in three passes for 96 yards including a 77-yard catch that set up the Cowboys' game winning field goal in overtime.
It was a Week 2 coming out party for the former winner of Michael Irvin's "4th and Long" reality show on Spike TV. He could be given an opportunity to pass Kevin Ogletree for the team's third wide receiver job, but he isn't worth an add in fantasy leagues.

Cowboys waived WR Jesse Holley, WR Manny Johnson, CB Teddy Williams, CB Jamar Wall, LB Brandon Sharpe, and OL Mike Tepper.
Holley lost out to Sam Hurd, who gambled and won when he refused to take a paycut. Williams was a world-class sprinter tried out at both receiver at corner.

Cowboys WR Jesse Holley has a legitimate shot to make the final roster over WR Sam Hurd.
Holley would make about $1.5M less than Hurd if he made the roster, and he has reportedly been a standout on special teams. It's safe to say that Hurd is in danger of losing his job.
