According to TNT's Chris Haynes, the NBA has suspended Miami Heat forward
Jimmy Butler for his involvement in a scuffle during Friday's meeting with the New Orleans Pelicans. He will miss one game. Butler will be joined by
Naji Marshall,
Thomas Bryant,
Nikola Jovic, and
Jose Alvarado, who were also involved in the melee. Although fantasy managers are usually disappointed, it may be a good thing for the veteran to get a night off, especially since he's missed time this season for various reasons. Nonetheless, without Butler on the floor,
Tyler Herro and
Bam Adebayo should get more scoring chances. Additionally,
Duncan Robinson,
Caleb Martin, and
Jaime Jaquez Jr. could see a significant increase in fantasy production.
