Aiken snatched four passes off of nine targets for 78 yards in Sunday's loss to Cleveland.
After ranking third on the team in targets and receptions through four weeks, Aiken set a career high in targets on Sunday with go-to receiver Steve Smith out of the lineup. Smith is working to return to the lineup in Week 6, which should limit Aiken's opportunities but not necessarily his production. Aiken has a pair of five-catch games this season with Smith lined up on the other side of the field and had his highest yardage total, 89, in Week 2. Though he may see fewer passes come his way with Smith in the lineup, he may be able to do more with them with defenses shifting coverage toward Smith and potentially giving Aiken one-on-one matchups.

Aiken caught five of seven targets for 77 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's 23-20 overtime win over the Steelers.
Aiken hauled in a 15-yard touchdown on a perfect toss from Joe Flacco during the third quarter, later adding crucial receptions on the game-tying and game-winning drives. Aiken caught five passes for 75+ yards for the second time this season, but he had just one reception and four targets in the other two games combined. Though he doesn't offer much of a ceiling, Aiken may temporarily be his team's top option in the passing game, if Steve Smith (back) misses any time.

Aiken was not targeted in Sunday's 28-24 loss to the Bengals.
Despite starting and playing most of the offensive snaps, Aiken didn't get a single look on Joe Flacco's 49 pass attempts. Aiken and Marlon Brown are essentially co-No. 2 wide receivers, and neither has done much through the first three weeks of the season. If Breshad Perriman (knee) ever gets healthy, he may step right into a starting role.

Aiken caught five passes for 89 yards on seven targets in Sunday's 37-33 loss to the Raiders.
Although Aiken got the start across from Steve Smith for a second straight week, Marlon Brown led all Baltimore wideouts with 70 snaps, compared to 55 for Aiken and 68 for Smith, the Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec reports. Brown still only managed two catches for 12 yards on four targets, so Aiken's starting job should be safe, at least until Breshad Perriman (knee) is healthy. Smith is still the Ravens' only wide receiver assured of a significant target workload each week.

Aiken lost one yard on his only catch (three targets) in Sunday's 19-13 loss to the Broncos.
Aiken started across from Steve Smith, who tied Justin Forsett for the team lead with seven targets. Joe Flacco completed 18 of 32 passes for only 117 yards, with no Raven topping Marlon Brown's 25 receiving yards. The Baltimore passing game should fare better in Week 2 against the Raiders, but Aiken probably won't see more than a handful of targets most weeks, and even that may be optimistic. Brown or Breshad Perriman (knee) could challenge for the starting job within the next few games.

Aiken will likely start Sunday's regular-season opener against the Broncos, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley.
Aiken won't necessarily get typical starter's snaps, and he may even be less involved in the offense than Marlon Brown and Michael Campanaro. With the exception of No. 1 wide receiver Steve Smith, the roles and snap distribution in Baltimore's receiving corps remain quite unclear. Week 1 should provide some useful information, but this could be a fluid situation all season, or at least until first-round draft pick Breshad Perriman (knee) is healthy.

Aiken had two catches (four targets) for 29 yards in Saturday's preseason game against the Redskins.
Aiken was involved in one of the night's more interesting moments, with Redskins LB Keenan Robinson piledriving him at the end of a tough catch over the middle, which led to a skirmish and eventually Steve Smith's ejection. Aiken has started all three preseason games across from Smith, facing no real competition for the starting job in the absence of first-round draft pick Breshad Perriman (knee). Although the rookie could make a push at some point this season, Aiken seems to be locked in as the Week 1 starter. He probably won't see a heavy volume of targets, as the Baltimore offense will focus on the running game, Smith and the tight ends (Crockett Gillmore and Maxx Williams), with likely No. 3 wide receiver Michael Campanaro potentially also playing a big role.
Thu Aug 13 201522:51Aiken not targeted in Thursday's preseason opener against Saints
Aiken was not targeted in Thursday's preseason opener against the Saints.
With Marlon Brown (hamstring) and Breshad Perriman (knee) both sidelined, Aiken started alongside Steve Smith by default. Aiken played the vast majority of snaps on the first-team offense's only series, then took a couple of snaps with the second unit. The lack of targets isn't particularly meaningful, as Joe Flacco mostly looked toward his running backs and tight ends on a 16-play, 80-yard drive to open the game. The competition for playing time at wide receiver remains wide open, with Aiken, Perriman, Brown and Michael Campanaro all being realistic candidates to earn significant roles.
Sun Aug 9 201519:31Aiken has received most of first-team reps during training camp
With Marlon Brown (back/hamstring) and Breshad Perriman sidelined by injuries, Aiken has received most of the first-team reps during training camp, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Brown and Perriman both figure to get back on the practice field in time to compete for the starting job, but Aiken has taken an early lead in the battle for the No. 2 wideout role. While the Ravens probably hope that Perriman wins the competition, Aiken has positioned himself well to at least win the No. 3 spot. A 2011 UDFA, the 26-year-old Aiken caught 24-of-32 targets for 267 yards and three touchdowns last season, after failing to record a reception through his first three years in the league.
Fri Jun 5 201512:51Aiken getting significant run with first-team offense at OTAs
Aiken has been getting significant run with the first-team offense at OTAs, CSN Baltimore reports.
Aiken impressed in limited playing time last season, catching 24-of-32 targets for 267 yards (8.3 YPT) and thee touchdowns while working as the Ravens' No. 3 or 4 wideout. Torrey Smith's departure leaves a starting spot open, but first-round draft pick Breshad Perriman is the favorite to get the Week 1 nod, while Marlon Brown, Michael Campanaro (quad) and possibly a few other players will also compete for significant roles. Barring a significant injury to Perriman or Steve Smith, it's hard to envision Aiken warranting fantasy consideration this season.

Aiken finished the 2014 regular seasons with 24 catches for 267 yards and three touchdowns on 32 targets.
Aiken opened the year as an afterthought who was mostly expected to contribute on special teams, but by the end of the season, he was splitting time with Marlon Brown as the Ravens' No. 3 wide receiver. Aiken is now an exclusive-rights free agent, which means Baltimore can retain him at a very reasonable price. While he'll likely be back with the team, Aiken is unlikely to open 2015 as anything more than the third or fourth receiver.
Mon Dec 15 201415:09Aiken not targeted in Sunday's 20-12 win over Jaguars
Aiken was not targeted in Sunday's 20-12 win over the Jaguars.
With Torrey Smith (knee) back to his regular snap count, Aiken merely worked as the No. 4 wide receiver. While he's done well with his limited targets, Aiken won't see many looks over the final two weeks of the season, unless someone ahead of him suffers an injury.
Mon Dec 8 201413:38Aiken caught 6-of-7 targets for 65 yards and touchdown in Sunday...
Aiken caught 6-of-7 targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-13 win over the Dolphins.
With Torrey Smith (knee) only able to handle a very limited role, Aiken set personal season-high marks for receptions, targets and receiving yards. While Aiken has mostly done well with his opportunities this year, he seems to be on even footing with Marlon Brown for the No. 3 wide receiver role, and Smith may be healthier for Week 15.

Aiekn caught his only target for 12 yards in Sunday's 43-23 loss to the Steelers.
Aiken and Marlon Brown essentially worked as co-No. 3 wide receivers, and Michael Campanaro (hamstring) could rejoin that mix once he's healthy. With even the Ravens' starting wideouts struggling to produce consistent numbers, it seems unlikely that any of Aiken, Brown or Campanaro will come into fantasy relevance without an injury to Steve or Torrey Smith.
Mon Oct 27 201414:55Aiken caught two passes for 15 yards on season-high six targets ...
Aiken caught two passes for 15 yards on a season-high six targets in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Bengals.
Aiken and Michael Campanaro (hamstring) got most of the snaps behind starters Torrey and Steve Smith, though Marlon Brown and Jacoby Jones also saw some of the field. Aiken played as poorly as the stat line indicates, notably dropping a potential touchdown receptions early in the game. He still figures to compete with Campanaro, Brown and Jones for playing time, though none of the bunch figures to contribute much on the stat sheet.
Mon Oct 20 201413:18Aiken (concussion) caught only target for 18-yard gain in Sunday...
Aiken (concussion) caught his only target for an 18-yard gain in Sunday's 29-7 win over the Falcons.
Despite being listed as probable, Marlon Brown (thigh) was inactive for the game, leaving Aiken and rookie Michael Campanaro to split the No. 3 wide receiver role. Jacoby Jones has essentially vanished from the offense, while it's unclear whether Brown has fallen behind Aiken and Campanaro, or if the team was just being cautious. Either way, there won't be many targets to go around, as Joe Flacco's attention has been dominated by Steve Smith, Torrey Smith and TE Owen Daniels.
Sun Oct 19 201412:46Aiken (concussion) active for Sunday's game against Falcons
Aiken (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Falcons, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Aiken could see some added snaps in Week 7, with Marlon Brown out, but he's a fantasy dart as long as fellow wideouts Torrey Smith and Steve Smith are healthy.
Fri Oct 17 201418:47Aiken (concussion) probable for Sunday's game Agustin Falcons
Aiken (concussion) is probable for Sunday's game Agustin the Falcons, the Ravens' official site reports.
Aiken should be a go on Sunday, but while he snagged a TD in Week 6, he's only an option in the deepest of formats, given his position in the Ravens' WR pecking order.
Wed Oct 15 201419:10Aiken (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday
Aiken (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday, the Ravens' official site reports.
Aiken caught two passes for 20 yards and a touchdown in Week 6, but he's only on the radar in the deepest of formats, more so now that he's dealing with a concussion.
Mon Oct 13 201411:26Aiken caught 2-of-3 targets for 20 yards and touchdown in Sunday...
Aiken caught 2-of-3 targets for 20 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 48-17 win over the Buccaneers.
With Marlon Brown (pelvis) inactive and Jacoby Jones falling out of favor, both Aiken and rookie Michael Campanaro logged more snaps than in previous weeks. Campanaro is the more intriguing deep-league stash, as Aiken seems unlikely to climb any higher than fourth in the wideout pecking order.
