Miller announced his retirement before the start of the 2015 season, the Dodgers' official site reports.

Miller tried converting from the mound to the outfield in 2013, and while he did hit .257/.350/.476 for High-A Rancho Cucamonga in 2014, he just didn't show enough progress to ever think an MLB stint would be in his future.
