Foles completed just 11-of-31 passes for 141 yards, a touchdown and four interceptions in Sunday's loss to the Packers.

The up-and-down season continues for the 26-year-old, as this clunker came on the heels of perhaps his best game as a Ram last week. St. Louis appears to be headed toward employing a more run-heavy approach, as Todd Gurley received 30 carries on Sunday after breaking out in Week 5. Foles will likely handle more of a game management role, with Gurley carrying a heavy load moving forward, and he will need to be more careful with the ball. The Rams will host the Browns in Week 7 after the upcoming bye.

Foles completed 16-of-24 passes for 171 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 24-22 upset win at Arizona.

Facing a strong defense on the road, Foles made a number of nice throws, including a 47-yard bomb to Tavon Austin. He also showed a nice touch on his 18-yard touchdown to Stedman Bailey, perfectly placing the ball in the back of the end zone. It wasn't all on Foles' shoulders though, as rookie RB Todd Gurley stepped up with a career-high 146 yards. The Rams will travel to Green Bay in Week 5 for a tough matchup at Lambeau Field.

Foles completed 19 of 28 passes for 197 yards and an interception, while adding 10 rushing yards on one carry Sunday against the Steelers.

The Rams' offensive line struggled Sunday, as running backs Tre Mason, Benny Cunningham and Todd Gurley combined for 37 yards on 16 carries, while Foles was sacked twice. He connected with seven different receivers, and seems to have developed chemistry with wideout Kenny Britt, who caught seven passes on 10 targets for 102 yards after catching a touchdown pass in Week 2. While the two are playing well together, there isn't much upside in Week 4 against the Cardinals in Arizona.

Foles (ankle) wasn't listed on the Rams' injury Wednesday, the team's official site reports.

Foles relayed that his ankle was rolled on near the end of Sunday's game, but it wasn't serious enough to hinder his practice participation. With a friendly matchup on tap against the Steelers, who have surrendered 623 passing yards and six touchdowns through two games, he could be a sneaky play in Week 3.

Foles' ankle was rolled on at the conclusion of Sunday's loss at Washington, but he expects to be "OK," Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Foles sustained the injury on the final drive of the contest, and afterward, he was examined and potentially worked on in the training room. Wagoner relayed that the next opportunity to provide an update on Foles' status arrives Tuesday, when the Rams' next practice takes place. In two games under center in St. Louis, he's 35-of-59 passing (59.3 percent) for 447 yards and two touchdowns, which he's supplemented with another score on the ground.

Foles completed 17 of 32 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's loss at Washington.

Foles connected with eight different receivers, with tight end Jared Cook (five catches on seven targets for 47 yards) and running back Benny Cunningham (four catches on six targets for 27 yards) the only players with more than two receptions. The Rams offense was stagnant for most of the day outside of Kenny Britt's 40-yard touchdown in the third quarter, and there is little to make fantasy owners believe Foles can break out with a big performance in Week 3 against the Steelers.

Foles completed 18 of 27 passes for 297 yards and one touchdown, while also rushing four times for 11 yards and another score Sunday against the Seahawks.

Facing off against one of the stronger defenses in the NFL, Foles connected with six different receivers, throwing his lone touchdown to tight end Lance Kendricks. It was a solid performance given that running backs Todd Gurley (knee) and Tre Mason (hamstring) were both inactive, as well as top wideout Brian Quick. Up next is a Week 2 matchup against the Redskins.

Foles completed 10 of 11 passes for 128 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's preseason game against the Colts.

The highlight was a 44-yard touchdown to deep-ball specialist Chris Givens, who starred for a second week in a row. Foles bounced back nicely from last week's ugly showing against the Titans, turning in a strong outing for a second time in three preseason games. He throws a nice deep ball and has a decent group of skill-position players around him, but as an immobile quarterback with no true No. 1 target and a shaky offensive line, Foles doesn't appear to have much of a ceiling.

Foles completed three of seven passes for 18 yards and threw a pick-six in Sunday's preseason game against the Titans.

The interception was pretty ugly, with Foles staring down his receiver then throwing an ill-advised pass off his back foot. It appeared Tavon Austin and/or Kenny Britt ran the wrong route, but Foles seemingly recognized the mistake yet still threw the ball right into the hands of Titans cornerback Perrish Cox. Foles did look much better last week and is locked in as the starting quarterback.

Foles completed his first two passes for 61 yards and finished Friday's 18-3 preseason loss to Oakland 3-of-5 for 69 yards.

Foles got the Rams off on the right foot, picking up a field goal on the first drive that ended up being the only scoring of the night for St. Louis. Foles looked comfortable in the Rams' offense on his one drive, but did take a sack, and much of his success will rely on how well the young St. Louis offensive line can protect him.

Nick Foles signed a multi-year extension with the Rams on Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After trading for Foles this past offseason, it looks as if the Rams are ready to make the 26-year-old their quarterback of the future. Foles is coming off an injury-riddled 2014 season with the Eagles, where he only appeared in eight games and threw 13 touchdowns to a concerning 10 interceptions. Foles will look to rebound in 2015, and it looks as if the Rams have enough faith in him as they move forward past the Sam Bradford era.

Frank Cignetti, the Rams' new offensive coordinator, has been impressed with Foles' work this offseason, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. "Nick Foles, first off, is an unbelievable person," Cignetti said. "High character. Great leadership. He does a great job in the classroom, great in the locker room. He's able to take the teaching from the classroom to the field. Every day you've seen that Nick has gotten better."

The report notes that Foles, who was acquired by the Rams in March, saw of plenty of reps during the team's on-field sessions in June. While the 26-year-old signal-caller is locked in as his new team's starter, now that he no longer helms coach Chip Kelly's offense, it remains to be seen how much of a bounce-back Foles experiences after a disappointing 2014 campaign in which he recorded a 13:10 TD:INT ratio in eight games for the Eagles, well off the impressive 27:2 mark he turned in during the 2013 season. Though a new deal does not appear imminent, ESPN.com replays that earlier this month the Rams began preliminary talks with Foles and his agent with an eye toward coming to terms on a long-term contract extension.

The Eagles will reportedly trade Foles (collarbone) to the Rams in exchange for Sam Bradford, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

Foles' future with the Eagles appeared cloudy when the team recently re-signed Mark Sanchez to a two-year deal with a maximum value of $16 million, but Tuesday's deal is a nonetheless a shocker. Once finalized, the move -- which may also include draft picks -- clearly puts Foles in line to start at QB for the Rams, though in such a scenario his fantasy value figures to take a hit, while working outside the context of Chip Kelly's offense.

Foles may be the odd man out in Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The Eagles have been heavily linked to Marcus Mariota, and it was revealed Sunday that Mark Sanchez reached a two-year agreement to remain in Philadelphia. Sanchez got a very favorable contract for a backup quarterback, indicating that he's an important part of the organization's plans. That strongly points to a situation involving a young signal-caller, in which case Foles would likely be traded to a quarterback-needy team.

Foles claims his collarbone has fully healed, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Foles added that he would have been able to play had the Eagles made the playoffs, suggesting he isn't greatly bothered by any lingering effects. The three-year veteran should effectively be ready to perform at the start of training camp, though he's set to be a free agent in 2016, and has been the subject of many offseason trade rumors. Until further notice, the 26-year-old is the Eagles' projected starter for 2015, and if he can hang on to the job, there's plenty of fantasy potential to be had in this fast-paced offense.

Coach Chip Kelly confirmed Monday that Foles (collarbone) is out for Sunday's game against the Giants, the Eagles' official site reports.

With the Eagles out of playoff contention, Foles' 2014 season is over, with Mark Sanchez set to remain the team's starter at QB in Week 17. Foles now has plenty of time to recover from his latest injury, with the expectation being that he will head into training camp next season healthy and atop the Eagles' QB depth chart.

With Foles' collarbone not yet fully healed at this stage, he won't gain clearance to play in Week 16, which sets the stage for Mark Sanchez to remain the Eagles' starter at QB for Saturday's game, at a minimum.

Coach Chip Kelly relayed Monday that Foles' injured clavicle is still in the process of healing, the Eagles' official site reports.

While Foles is progressing in his recovery, there is still no concrete timetable for the quarterback's potential return to action at this stage. "He'll have other exams until he eventually gets cleared," Kelly noted Monday. "The bone hasn't healed yet." In the meantime, Mark Sanchez will continue to helm the Eagles' offense, and while a late-season return for Foles can't be ruled out, whether he has a chance to reclaim his starting assignment in such a scenario presumably hinges of the effectiveness and health of Sanchez at that point in time.

Foles' CT scan showed that his injured collarbone is "healing as expected," the Philadelphia Daily News' Les Bowen reports.

Although he has not been cleared for contact yet, Foles' encouraging scan will allow him to ramp up his strengthening program. He's about four weeks into his initial six- to eight-week timetable and continues to remain on track to hit that initial estimate. The big question, of course, is whether the Eagles will hand the reins back to Foles or stick with current starter Mark Sanchez.

Foles will undergo a CT scan on his left collarbone Friday, the Philadelphia Daily News reports.

The procedure will reveal the current level of health surrounding Foles' healing collarbone. With each passing day, the tenderness in the region is subsiding, and strength increasing, but his recovery timetable is unlikely to change from the previously known 6-to-8 week range.
