Hilton caught five passes for 88 yards on nine targets in Thursday's 27-20 win over the Texans.
Hilton still hasn't reached the end zone this season, despite averaging 5.4 catches for 76 yards on 10 targets per game. He did make one of the key plays in Sunday's contest, clinching the victory with a 46-yard reception down the left sideline on a 3rd-and-6 inside of the two-minute warning. Hilton doesn't get many targets near the goal line, but he still caught seven, five and seven touchdowns in his first three seasons, with many of those coming from distance. Although Matt Hasselbeck played well Thursday night, Hilton probably won't get that long touchdown until Andrew Luck (shoulder) returns, which could happen as soon as Week 6 against the Patriots.

Hilton hauled in seven catches on 13 targets for 67 yards in Sunday's win over the Jaguars.
Hilton leads the Colts with 41 targets and 294 yards through four weeks and has collected a respectable four receptions of 20 or more yards. Still, he has suffered more than most in the Colts' off-kilter offense, still being held scoreless in 2015. Hilton's true value is stretching the defense deep, something Indianapolis hasn't had much time to do with poor pass protection.

Hilton (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Hilton is out there if you need him this week, though the Colts' passing attack is in line to take on a different look in Week 4, with Matt Hasselbeck slated to start Sunday's contest.

Hilton (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, but is listed as probable for Sunday's game against Jacksonville.
Hilton's injury is likely minor, but he did suffer a knee bruise in Week 2 and we'll want to make sure this isn't a setback. The larger concern for Hilton's fantasy value is whether Andrew Luck is able to play Sunday due to a shoulder injury.

Hilton caught four of his team-leading seven targets for 94 yards Sunday in Tennessee.
Hilton tied with Donte Moncrief for the team lead in targets, but he converted his looks into 94 yards while Moncrief managed just 32. Quarterback Andrew Luck loves to look for Hilton downfield, so his robust 23.5 yards-per-catch average wasn't surprising. Hilton was kept out of the end zone in this one, but he has too much chemistry with Luck to be kept from scoring often.

Hilton (knee) hauled in four passes (on seven targets) for 45 yards in Monday's loss to the Jets.
Hilton overcame a knee bruise to suit up Monday, but appeared gimpy in his time on the field, thus limiting his performance level. While Hilton was able to record an impressive 27-yard gain during the second half, his knee seemed to preclude him from hitting top-gear on his routes. That being said, another week of treatment could allow Hilton to closer approach full health ahead of next Sunday's divisional game against the Titans.
Mon Sep 21 201519:13T.Y. Hilton: Active Monday
Hilton (knee) is listed as active for Monday night's game against the Jets, the Indianapolis Star's Stephen Holder reports.
Hilton, who caught seven passes on 14 targets for 88 yards in Week 1, is out there if you need him Monday, though it remains to be seen how close he will be to full strength after having only practiced once this past week, doing so on a limited basis on Saturday.
Mon Sep 21 201513:20Hilton (knee) will play in Monday night's game against Jets
Hilton (knee) will play in Monday night's game against the Jets, NFL.com reports.
Hilton suffered a bruised knee in Week 1, which kept him sidelined until practicing in a limited capacity Saturday, but evidently that will be enough to clear Hilton for Monday night's contest. While it will be interesting to see if Hilton's performance level is impacted by the injury, he'll at least be available for fantasy owners to deploy versus Darrelle Revis and the Jets' secondary.
Sun Sep 20 201501:52Colts head coach Chuck Pagano optimistic that Hilton (knee
Colts head coach Chuck Pagano is optimistic that Hilton (knee, questionable) will play Monday night against the Jets, the Colts' official site reports.
Pagano told reporters Saturday that he's more optimistic than he was earlier in the week that Hilton will play Monday.
Sat Sep 19 201512:54T.Y. Hilton: (Knee) Questionable After Returning To Practice
Hilton (knee) returned to practice Saturday and is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Jets, the Indianapolis Star's Stephen Holder reports.
This was Hilton's first practice of the week. Coach Chuck Pagano said Hilton "looked good" in Saturday's session and he is optimistic his star receiver will be able to play in Monday night's game. While it certainly seems like everything is pointing toward Hilton playing in Week 2, the fact that it is a Monday night game puts owners in a somewhat precarious position.
Fri Sep 18 201514:02Hilton (knee) did not practice Friday
Hilton (knee) did not practice Friday, Kevin Bowen of Colts.com reports.
Hilton will have another chance to hit the field Saturday, when the Colts hold their final practice of the week in advance of Monday's game against the Jets. For now, we'll continue to view Hilton's status for the contest as a game-time decision.
Thu Sep 17 201514:24Hilton (knee) did not practice Wednesday
Hilton (knee) did not practice Wednesday, but he told the media he'll be a game-time decision for Monday's game, the Anderson Herald Bulletin reports. Head coach Chuck Pagano said there's a lot of optimism he will play.
Hilton suffered a bruised knee in last week's loss at Buffalo and it was initially expected he's miss a few weeks. However, now it sounds like he could play, though we'll know more later in the week. If Hilton is out, Donte Moncrief figures to see a boost in action, while Phillip Dorsett could also see added opportunities.

NFL Network's Rand Getlin suggests that Hilton (knee) will probably be a game-time decision for Monday night's game against the Jets.
Hilton is viewed as day-to-day with his knee injury, but supporting the notion, at least for now, that Hilton's status could go down to the wire on Monday, is that the wideout was not spotted at practice Thursday.

Hilton is considered day-to-day after suffering a knee bruise during Sunday's season opener against the Bills, NFL.com reports.
Hilton's knee bruise comes with a day-to-day status, but according to the report, he could miss a game or two if the ailment doesn't heal well. As a result, Hilton's progress throughout the coming week will surely be worthwhile to monitor. Fortunately, the Colts' next game isn't until next Monday against the Jets, so Hilton will have an extra day to potentially get cleared in advance of Week 2. Conversely, his unclear situation could leave fantasy owners to make a last-minute lineup decision.
Sun Sep 13 201517:16T.Y. Hilton: Could Miss Time
While X-Rays on Hilton's left knee were negative, Colts owner Jim Irsay suggested after Sunday's loss to the Bills that the wideout was dealing with a "bad bruise" and could miss a few weeks.
While Hilton's long-term prognosis isn't bad, it sounds like he may be closer to week-to-week than day-to-day at this stage. In the event that he misses time, fellow receiver Donte Moncrief figures to see a boost in action, while Phillip Dorsett could also see added opportunities in the Indy offense. The Colts' other listed starter at wideout is veteran Andre Johnson.
Sun Sep 13 201515:38T.Y. Hilton: Exits Sunday's Game
Hilton is undergoing X-rays on his knee, Kevin Bowen of Colts.com reports.
Hilton walked to the locker room during Sunday's game against the Bills, with his return to the contest considered questionable. Prior to his exit, Hilton had caught seven passes for 88 yards.

Hilton (concussion) is not listed on the Colts' Week 1 practice participation/injury report.
Hilton is thus on track to suit up Sunday against the Bills, and now that his health has been reestablished, he's in line to head an Indy wideout corps that also features veteran Andre Johnson, as well as Donte Moncrief and rookie Phillip Dorsett.
Tue Sep 1 201519:32T.Y. Hilton: (Concussion) Took In Practice Tuesday
Hilton (concussion) practiced in a red (non-contact) jersey Tuesday, the Colts' official site reports.
Hilton was placed in the league's protocol for head injuries in the aftermath of Saturday's game. Although head coach Chuck Pagano "expects" the wide receiver "to be okay," concussions are not to be trifled with. The injury happened at a perfect time for the Colts, though, as they wouldn't have risked the health of their top wide receiver, in any case. Hilton will instead aim for active status in the regular season opener on Sept. 13 at Buffalo.
Mon Aug 31 201515:28Hilton going through NFL's concussion protocol
Hilton is going through the NFL's concussion protocol.
The wideout was evaluated after Saturday's preseason game against the Rams, with the report noting that coach Chuck Pagano "expects Hilton to be okay." While that wording sounds vaguely encouraging, Hilton's status must now be monitored in advance of the Colts' Sept. 13 regular season opener against the Bills.

Hilton had three receptions for 44 yards in Saturday's preseason win over St. Louis.
Hilton showed off his big play ability in the preseason (5 receptions for 96 yards). He's unlikely to play in the final preseason game. Most importantly, he enters the regular season healthy and the top option in the Indy passing game.
