The 2011 Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Year spent his rookie season in jail. He was serving time for his role in a 2007 robbery, as well as drug charges. Former Bengals LB Brandon Joiner was released from jail Tuesday.
Joiner signed on with the Bengals as an undrafted rookie out of Arkansas State in 2012.
